Website Support Plan Onboarding

The following information is required to complete onboarding.

  • Contact Information

  • WordPress Credentials

    Please create a new WP user with the "Administrator" role and provide the credentials below. We recommend creating this user with the email address "[email protected]".
  • If the login URL has been changed from the default.
  • We recommend creating this username and email address "[email protected]".

  • FTP Credentials

  • Please create a new FTP user with full read/write access and provide the credentials below. For your convenience, you can provide hosting control panel credentials instead and we will create an FTP user ourselves.

  • Additional Information

  • Please provide any additional notes or instructions. For example, if there are any plugins that you would like us to exclude from our regular maintenance, please indicate the plugin name(s).

    Note: While activating subscription for this site, all outstanding core and plugin updates will be applied, unless otherwise noted below.

  • We are not able to provide any type of support for sites that are under construction/development. All sites must be completely built, live and visible to the public.
  • We are not able to provide any type of support for sites that are part of a WordPress multi-site network.
